These terms govern your use of owasol.com. By browsing the site or contacting us through it, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

You may view and use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the site’s operation, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it to distribute malicious code.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, and code on this site belong to Owasol unless stated otherwise. Client names and project work shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and appear here as references to work we performed.

You may not reproduce substantial parts of this site without our written permission.

Project engagements

Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. Estimates, timelines, and scope discussed before an engagement are indicative. The specific terms for any project — including deliverables, payment schedule, intellectual property transfer, and confidentiality — are set out in a separate signed agreement.

Where we deliver custom software under such an agreement, full intellectual property in the delivered work transfers to the client on final payment unless the agreement says otherwise.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the information on this site current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. We may change content at any time. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — the site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Limitation of liability
